Diversity Inclusion Equity Policy

UTM Fastpitch has approved a new policy document specific to how our organization will support the principles of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion on a go forward basis. The new policy will include information on how we as an Organization will support our athletes, coaches, administrators, fellow competitors and the sport of softball with respect to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In addition the policy will require that all members of the association provide an annual acknowledgement that they support and will withhold the principles identified in the policy document.

"The intent of this policy is to formally acknowledge the importance of these beliefs and principles, and to set down the expectations for all our members when it comes to supporting these beliefs", Chris Meyer, Executive Director UTM Fastpitch.
